Track Record
One of Arc-Con's investments was in Adapa A/S, which developed and marketed adaptive moulds for curved architecture — precision positioning technology that made some of the world's most geometrically ambitious buildings possible.
These projects proved that digitally-driven, robotically-precise curved concrete construction is achievable at commercial scale — and gave Arc-Con direct, hands-on experience with the practical and economic realities of deploying adaptive formwork internationally.

A column-free, 320,000 m² curved concrete roof spanning 1.2 km, realised using adaptive mould technology.
Killa Design
One of the most geometrically complex buildings ever constructed, its flowing form made feasible through precision adaptive formwork.
Current Focus
Building on this experience, Arc-Con partners with technology developers across Europe to bring next-generation adaptive construction systems to market — contributing precision positioning expertise, certification know-how, and commercial development experience to partner technologies developed independently by specialist innovators in materials and construction methods.
